In order to purchase tickets to this event, all attendees must input the 11-DIGIT USAV TEAM CODE of the team they are coming to see/support as a way to ensure this event remains private for the safety of our junior athletes. 

*If you do not know your 11-digit USAV team code, your athlete, coach, club director, or a fellow parent will be able to provide this information.

COACHES TICKETS

Coaches- To retrieve your free ticket for entry into the event, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Select one "Adult Weekend Pass" above in the ticket selection field 
  2. Enter your 11-Digit Team Code in the respective submission field 
  3. Enter your USAV Member ID in the submission box below. Your member ID will act as a coupon code allowing your tickets to be 100% free of charge. WITHOUT THIS STEP, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR TICKET! 
  4. Complete the "purchase" process as normal, entering in the requested information 
  5. Click "Submit"  

Do you know your USAV Member ID? 

  1. Sign in your account and click the "Memberships" tab. Use the "Person" and "Status" tabs to filter results as needed.
  2.  Memberships will display the eligibility status, organization, valid date range, and Household member to which they belong.
  3. Click the membership name to expand the credentials and eligibility details. 

Every coach listed on an AES roster for this event is required to retrieve their own free ticket via this process. If you arrive onsite without your ticket, entry into the event will be postponed until the process is complete. 

By entering this event, you agree to abide by the following standards of behavior:

I will always display good sportsmanship.
I will educate myself on the unique rules of this facility and abide by them.
I will be polite and respectful to everyone.
I will immediately notify the event director if I witness any harassment or discrimination.
I will acknowledge that the spectator seating around the courts is for the primary use of those watching the match in progress.
I will acknowledge that spectators may rightfully choose to remain in a seat for an entire match without switching sides of the court if/when teams switch.

I WILL NOT
I will not exhibit any behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening, or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment toward anyone.
I will not display signs, symbols, images, use language or make gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory toward an individual’s race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, and/or sexual orientation.
I will not bring and/or carry any weapons including, but not limited to, knives, concealed weapons, and firearms into the event.
I will not use tobacco, vaping devices or e-cigarettes, marijuana, illegal drugs, or controlled substances at this event.
I will not bring on site or consume alcohol while inside the venue of any youth/junior volleyball event.
Failure to abide by the above code of conduct may result in immediate sanction and/or removal from this event.

WARNING
Risk of injury from volleyballs or other objects may occur at this event. Attend at your own risk. Please pay close attention to your surroundings and be on alert at all times, especially during active play.

Refund Policy

Any unused/unscanned tickets will be eligible for a full refund upon request (email ). Tickets that have been scanned in any capacity are NOT eligible for a refund.
